I started my protocol at 2 drops of MMS and worked up from there (I mixed it with lemon, or citric acid, in the ratio of 1:5; 1 drop MMS to five, I wait three minutes, I add 4 oz of water, I don’t use juice because I want to taste what I’m drinking but the taste and the smell are certainly no fun)
I’m careful when using MMS for my mouth, the chlorine dioxide can hurt teeth enamel (the citric acid can for sure.)
I’ve taken MMS for many months now (on and off,) it took me a long, long time to be able to take TEN drops of the stuff… because it made me so tired. I was on two drops for a long time… The only time I ramped up quickly was when I got an infection, so I went straight to ten drops to fight it and it worked. Now, I can drink ten drops (activated) with no noticeable nausea or diarrhea.
Heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, fungus and other debris, MMS is one of the few things, and the cheapest I know of, that may help to get rid of these (I think of it as the poor man’s chelation therapy,) I was surprised of how much you I was detoxing… it’s GOOD!!! I’m still amazed about how much energy I got back…
I just made sure I worked it up slowly, so I wouldn’t stop. Here’s a story of going too fast. I’ve never experienced something like that but it’s because I went slowly.
I also like the six and six protocol for colds and flu: six drops of MMS–mixed with the 30 drops of lemon or citric acid, wait three minutes, add 4-5oz of water, drink. Wait an hour. If you are not too nauseated… Take another six drop dose.
