I’ve been wanting to post about the spiritual side of healing of the body and the mind. I attended Max Christensen’s free lecture. Max is fascinating, the breadth of his experience is hard to phantom but it seemed real when you hear him speak. The blissful effects of the practice on the people that were with him were shocking to witness, to say the least. I didn’t have enough money to take the seminar but I have bought the book, which he said it was all I needed plus a five minute transmission and he doesn’t have to be physically present. There’s contact info for Max in the book itself.

I’ll read the book, do the practice and report. I had a long conversation with the people that have been studying with him for a while and heard some reports from friends and that was enough for me to want to try it. Meeting Max in person was very, very intriguing. I couldn’t stop thinking about the guy the whole weekend.

The other update on spiritual practice I wanted to post is this there’s a very special meditation on abundance on April 19 with Orin and Daben. The link will take you to a page that offers a couple very special free meditations and instructions for these difficult economic times. I will be there, in the inner planes, with bells and whistles! I also will have a special meeting of our mediation group at the house. See you there!

  1. I have fibromaylia, was wondering if MMS will help? Is stabilized oxygen something like MMS? It sounds like it would be good for the Swine Flu. Thank you for your reply Donna

    • My guess is that it will but it’s just a guess, I had a bit of fibromilgya, personally, weird pains all over the place… and it’s all gone. Arthritis too…

Stabilized oxygen is the SAME thing than MMS. MMS has a higher concentration, it’s all a sodium chlorite solution…

I also suspect it will work with the flu but I haven’t had any kind of flu in many years so I wouldn’t know.

The virus I do have is herpes and it has helped me a lot with that. No outbreaks in forever, I got just one the whole time I’ve been on MMS (almost one year now) and it went away almost immediately, didn’t even come out all the way. Almost no pain. I did both, apply topically and take MMS internally (I took up to 10 drops) The only incident with the virus I can think of…

  2. Does MMS help with a goiter? Ashley

    • I can’t tell you to take it, but read online, especially at the curezone and see what you can find.

For my thyroid I think it’s SUPER IMPORTANT to have the good kind of iodine in my body…

I make a good miso soup every day, with a real type of sea kelp or kombu I make my dashi and make I sip on my miso soup throughout the day. I skip the tofu and use shitake mushroom instead, I find the bonito flakes at a local Japanese store, I get the kind with no additives.

here’s a good recipe for dashi and miso soup

      All my best,
