MMS as an air Freshener

In Uncategorized on December 20, 2009 at 2:35 am

I’m finding more and more external uses for my MMS bottle. I’ve already posted about how I got rid of moldy air at the coast, but I find that if there are any odors at all in the house I can just prepare a 10 drop solution and let it sit there for a while, or move it around a bit… and poof, the smell is gone!

The good thing is that it REALLY is gone, any pathogens and particles “bombed” by the mms… not just masked! In any case, I can’t stand any artificial fresheners or scented candles and MMS doesn’t leave any smells behind after it’s done its thing.

I adore goji berries, sometimes called Wolfberries, are perhaps the most nutritionally-rich fruit on the planet. Goji berries contain 18 kinds of amino acids (six times higher than bee pollen) and contain all 8 essential amino acids, such as isoleucine and tryptophan. I use them in smoothies, for cooking, in salads… My dog thinks they make the best treats! They are expensive, though, this is a great source…

MMS for Acne

In Uncategorized on July 31, 2009 at 11:23 pm

Oily skin is great because you wrinkle so much less… flip side, though, is acne!

I had acne problems for years and years. Doing work on self-love and using Murad helped a lot. Age did too, I suppose:-) But I still get the occasional pimple. And my pimples are never little. MMS comes in SO handy for that. No more acne disasters.

I use a ten drop solution of MMSfollowing protocol, of course, with a bit less water than normal for topical application. I soak a little piece bit of cotton or even toilet paper, and put it over the pimple and leave it there. I do that three or four times in a day, and poof, the pimple is history!
